Villa Meri is a luxury residence built in 2020. It is located in Kastel Sucurac, the most beautiful suburb of Split with a wonderful view to the sea and to the mountains, about 10 km from the city center of Split. Kastel Sucurac are famous for their unique Mediterranean surrounding which is reflected in the Villa through the combination of our local and traditional style with elements of contemporary elegance and luxury.

Villa „Meri“ is a 1100m2 estate situated in the peaceful suburb of Split. The city centre and the Diocletian Palace like the beautiful town Trogir are a 10-minute car-drive away.

Every bedrooms have magnificent SEA VIEWS of the islands of Brač, Šolta and Split. All rooms included the living room and the kitchen in the villa have air-conditioning, LCD televisions as well as underfloor heating.

The settlement is located along the coast of Kastela Bay. In Kastel Sucurac is the oldest defensive tower in Kastela, built in 1392 by Archbishop Andrija Benzi of Split (Gualdo) to protect the peasants of the village Putalj, located on the slopes of Kozjak around the church of Sv. George. With a series of additional interventions, the tower became a settlement by the sea.
